Josh Fitzwater, an 11th grader at Gilmer County High School, recently received his SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) and GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) Certifications at Calhoun Gilmer Career Center. His teacher, Mr. Carl Collins, states that, "he has hit the ground running every day to accomplish this in his first year welding. Great Job!"
