The annual Gilmer County FFA Ham, Bacon and Egg show and sale will take place on Thursday, March 17 at the Gilmer County Recreation Center Dining Hall. Doors open at 6 p.m. for reception and exhibit show. Sale will begin at 7 p.m.
Students exhibiting fresh country cured smoked hams and bacons have done all the work on these products, from buying and raising the pigs, to cutting, trimming and curing the meat. Proceeds from the sales go directly to the students.
