The West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Administration is please to announce the 10th Annual NO School Spirits Public Service Announcement Contest.  High school and middle school students are invited to submit a video about the dangers of drinking and driving or underage alcohol use. The winning school will be invited to help develop a PSA (tv and radio) which will be broadcast across the state during the 2023 prom and graduation season.

Students may enter individually, as a group or as a classroom. The number of entries per school is unlimited; however, there is a limit of four entries per person. Adults and others may participate, but should have limited involvement in the creation and production of the PSA.
