🚀 Engineering Internship in Ms. Ramezan's Science 7 Class 🔬
Students in Ms. Ramezan's Science 7 class stepped into the shoes of mechanical engineers! They were challenged to design a supply pod to deliver humanitarian aid to disaster-stricken areas.
First, they explored collision & impact forces by taking on an egg drop challenge —learning how mass and speed affect design. The data helped them create a supply pod that minimized cargo damage, kept costs low, and even transformed into a rain & shade shelter for up to 3 people! 🌧️
They put their skills in force & motion to the test—and the results speak for themselves! 💡#STEAMeducation #GoGilmer #ScienceClass #FutureEngineers
