Gilmer County High School students in grades 6–12 are invited to attend the Titan Sweetheart Dance on February 13, from 6:00–8:00 PM, in the GCHS Commons Area.
Event Details:
• Admission is $2 at the door
• Casual to semi-formal attire (dresses or jeans are appropriate)
• Light concessions will be available for purchase, including chips, pop, and candy bars
• A photo backdrop will be set up for students to take their own pictures with friends
This event is open to GCHS students only and promises a fun, relaxed evening to celebrate the season.

Students who are 16–18 years old are required to have a signed parental permission form before they can donate blood.
Permission forms are available in Mr. Yocum’s room and must be completed prior to the blood drive.

Update for Seniors & Families 💰🎓
The Senior Financial Aid Meeting has been rescheduled for February 12, 2026. A representative from Glenville State will be on campus during 5th period to meet with seniors and discuss financial aid options.
The representative will also be back on February 17, 2026, from 2:00–6:00 PM for a Financial Aid Workshop to provide additional support and help with the process.
Be sure to take advantage of these opportunities!
